The Global Security Matrix
STG provided support to Prof. James Derderian and his team in order to develop a website around a particular visualization of threats and contexts for global security. STG is primarily providing infrastructure support for the portions of the website that use databases.
STG is working with John Caserta, who is designing the website, and leading the website implementation project.
Prof. James Derderian leads the Global Security Program at Brown's Watson Insitute. The Matrix is a classification and visualization of different types of threat in different contexts, ranging from the personal to the global. Prof. Derderian wanted to continue development of the Matrix itself, add information to flesh out the categories and integrate information derived from the 2006-2007 lecture series on the same subject.
